On October 22, 2019, Sally M. Donahue, a partner in Jaspan Schlesinger’s T&E and Alternative Dispute Resolution Groups, was the “emcee” of an informative and enjoyable program at the NY State Surrogate’s Courts Chief Clerks and Law Association Annual Conference in Saratoga, NY. The program, entitled, “Let the Games Begin: A Panoply of Surrogate’s Court Topics,” was presented using the format of popular television game shows. The questions covered a myriad of T&E facts and concepts. There was lively audience participation by teams, with prizes for the winners. Ms. Donahue was part of a similar presentation last year and so well-received the Association invited the presenters back for a 2nd year.
