Jaspan Partner David Paseltiner Represents Biodex Medical Systems, Inc. In Sale To Mirion Technologies, Inc.

Paseltiner, the chair of the Jaspan Schlesinger LLP’s Corporate and Commercial Transactions Practice Group, represented Biodex Medical Systems, Inc. and its sole shareholder, James M. Reiss, in connection with the September 1, 2020 acquisition of Biodex by Mirion Technologies  Inc. Biodex is a leader in the medical industry, providing customers with nuclear medicine instruments, medical imaging equipment and rehabilitation systems. Mr. Paseltiner has represented Biodex and Mr. Reiss for over 25 years. He has extensive experience in a broad range of sophisticated commercial matters, including representing both borrowers and lenders in complex financial transactions; structuring, negotiating and implementing mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; negotiating and drafting employment and compensation agreements and agreements among shareholders, partners and limited liability company members; and other corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions.
