Stephen B. Hand concentrates in fiduciary litigation, including contested probate and accounting proceedings, discovery proceedings, inter vivos trust litigation, and heirship and construction proceedings. He also practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and estate taxation.
Stephen has been the Chair and Program Coordinator of numerous New York State Bar and Nassau County Bar presentations dealing with estate litigation and estate administration.
Prior to joining Jaspan Schlesinger Narendran LLP, Stephen was named partner of a prestigious boutique trusts and estates law firm and a partner of a major law firm in Manhattan. He also served as an attorney with the Estate Tax Section of the Internal Revenue Service.
