Marissa J. Pullano is a partner in Jaspan Schlesinger’s Matrimonial and Family Law practice group. She devotes her practice to all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including contested proceedings regarding the equitable distribution of substantial real property and assets, child support and spousal maintenance, paternity, custody and access, and order modification and enforcement. She also handles a wide range of other marital and family law matters; including: mediation, collaborative divorce, LGBT same-sex marital and family law issues; pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and separation agreements. Marissa was appointed and currently serves as a co-chair of the Nassau County Bar Association Matrimonial Committee. Marissa is also a certified mediator by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.

Marissa believes that all clients deserve significant attention as they navigate the court system. She strives to achieve resolutions that minimize conflict, but acts as a zealous advocate on behalf of her clients in the courtroom when litigation cannot be avoided.

Outside of the law, Marissa is active in fundraising efforts on behalf of the National PKU Alliance, whose mission is to improve the lives of individuals living with phenylketonuria (PKU) and to pursue a cure.
