She devotes her practice to all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including contested proceedings regarding the equitable distribution of substantial real property and assets, child support and spousal maintenance, paternity, custody and access, and order modification and enforcement. She also handles a wide range of other marital and family law matters; including: mediation, collaborative divorce, LGBT same-sex marital and family law issues; pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and separation agreements. Marissa was appointed and currently serves as a co-chair of the Nassau County Bar Association Matrimonial Committee.
