A partner in the Real Estate Practice Group, Bryan McCrossen is an experienced transactional attorney whose practice covers a broad range of commercial real estate matters in the representation of institutional and non-institutional clients, across all commercial property asset classes, with an emphasis on the acquisition, disposition and financing of mixed-use and multi-family properties, office buildings, industrial facilities, shopping centers, hotels, development sites and Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges.

Bryan has significant experience representing clients nationwide, including real estate investment trusts and institutions, and representing owners in the negotiation of construction contracts and agreements with architects.

Prior to joining the firm, Bryan was a partner at a New York City law firm.

  • Represented the Purchaser in connection with the acquisition of the Windsor House in Forest Hills, Queens. The property, which sold for $22,000,000.00, consisted of 78 units, 62 of which were rent stabilized, and included an office.
  • Represented the Seller in connection with the sale of a 382-unit multifamily property for $87,200,000.00.
  • Represented a client in the sale of 1672 3rd Avenue, a mixed-use property, located in New York that spans 10,845 square feet which sold for $6,725,000.
  • Represented a client in the acquisition of 658 Driggs Avenue, a newly constructed mixed-use property, located in New York that spans 19,210 square feet which sold for $25,500,000.
  • Represented a client in the sale of 1308 Edward L Grant Highway, an industrial property, located in New York that spans 18,680 square feet which sold for $4,500,000.
  • Represented a client in the sale of 413 East 78th Street & 431 East 87th Street, a multi-family property, located in New York that spans 21,842 square feet which sold for $21,250,000.

  • Represented the Blue Man Group in connection with the opportunity zone sale of 48 Clinton Street, New York, New York.
  • Represented the Blue Man Group in connection with the sale of 238-240 East 3rd Street, New York, New York.
  • Represented the Purchaser of 377 East 33rd Street from AvalonBay Communities for $175 million. The 23-story building consisted of 209 residential units totaling 185,549 square feet of space and 19,000 square feet of commercial space, which was leased by New York University.
