Arthur D. Felsenfeld is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Appellate and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Practice Groups. An experienced trial lawyer, arbitrator and mediator, Arthur has over 45 years of experience in business litigation, with particular emphasis on securities and broker-dealer litigation and arbitration, accountants’ liability, the defense of class and derivative actions, employment and real estate litigation and corporate and partnership disputes. He also serves as arbitrator in commercial, employment and securities matters, as well as a mediator in commercial disputes.
Arthur serves on several arbitration and mediation panels and is a frequent speaker and author on subjects related to alternative dispute resolution. Prior to joining Jaspan Schlesinger LLP, Arthur was a litigation partner in two large national law firms, serving for nearly 20 years as the head of the litigation department of one firm’s New York City office.
