Rose Lowe, a former New York State Attorney General, has joined the firm as
counsel.
Ms. Lowe represented State agencies, including the Departments of Transportation
and Environmental Conservation, in eminent domain and condemnation matters. She
prepared and tried over 250 such cases, many involving multi-million dollar valuations.
She is experienced in all aspects of real estate, land use, zoning and planning, and
environmental law, as well as pine barrens and utilities regulation.
Rose is a graduate of Fordham Law School and St. Joseph’s College. She resides in
Westhampton Beach, where she formerly served as a Village Trustee. She is active in the
Suffolk County Bar Association and chaired the Condemnation and Tax Certiorari
Committee. Rose also is the past president of the St. Joseph’s College Alumni Association.
