Jaspan Schlesinger Welcomes Cathy Allen and Ryan Cronin

Jaspan Schlesinger LLP announced today that Cathy Allen has joined the Firm as a partner in its Banking and Financial Services Practice Group and that Ryan Cronin has joined the Firm as "of counsel" in its Litigation Practice Group.
Ms. Allen represents financial institutions in all commercial lending transactions and regulatory matters. She also has extensive experience representing business entities and individuals in all aspects of real estate law. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Allen was a partner in a prominent regional law firm where she concentrated on banking, real estate and corporate transactions. She also formerly served as assistant in-house counsel for a major commercial financial institution. Ms. Allen received her undergraduate degree from Duke University and her law degree from Washington University School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Quarterly.
Mr. Cronin has spent much of his legal career dealing with complex litigation, representing victims of financial frauds, and has also been honored for his pro bono work representing the disabled. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Cronin was an associate in the New York City office of Blank Rome LLP and was a candidate for the New York State Senate in 2012. He received his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Loyola University Maryland.
