Jaspan Schlesinger Welcomes Roy Anderson

Jaspan Schlesinger LLP announced today that Roy Anderson has joined the
Firm as an associate in its Education Practice Group. Mr. Anderson, a resident of New York City, received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2011 and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fordham University in 2006.
While in law school, Mr. Anderson was honored as an Edward V. Sparer Public Interest Fellow and Executive Articles Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law, for which he published his note, A Proposal for Calculating Reimbursed Victims Under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, 5 Brook. J. Corp. Fin. & Com. L. 447 (Spring 2011). He also served as an International Human Rights Fellow at the United Nations Office of Nairobi, Kenya in 2010 and was awarded the Platinum Brooklyn Law School Public Service Award.
From 2006-2007, Mr. Anderson administered a work study program in a Watts, Los Angeles high school.
Mr. Anderson is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and is awaiting admission in the State Courts of Massachusetts.
