Win Dismissal of §1983 Action Against the Town of Riverhead Officials

The United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York dismissed a civil rights action brought against the Town of Riverhead, former and current Town Board members, and various Department heads, finding that the plaintiff had failed to state a claim for denial of its rights to Due Process or Equal Protection.
