Theodora D. Vasilatos

Theodora D. Vasilatos is an associate in the Firm's Banking
and Financial Services Practice Group where she represents financial
institutions in workout, foreclosure, collection, bankruptcy and litigation.
Prior to joining the Firm, she practiced in the areas of commercial
lending and real estate.
Ms. Vasilatos received her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University
School of Law in 2007 and her Bachelor of Arts from Hunter College
in 2004. While at St. John’s, she was an Associate Articles Editor
for the New York International Law Review and was the recipient
of the CALI Award for Excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Real
Estate Transactions and the Child Advocacy Clinic.
She is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York and the
United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of
New York.
Ms. Vasilatos is a member of the New York State Bar Association, American
Bar Association and Hellenic Lawyers Association.
