Jared A. Kasschau is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group, where he concentrates on commercial litigation, civil rights litigation and appellate practice.

Before joining Jaspan Schlesinger LLP, Mr. Kasschau was an associate at a mid-sized law firm on Long Island, where he handled cases involving professional liability, employment discrimination, negligence, healthcare litigation and complex tort litigation.  He also served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted cases ranging from arson to attempted murder.

Mr. Kasschau is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York as well as the federal courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.  He is a member of the American, New York State and Nassau County Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers’ Association.  He also serves as a Deputy to the Village Attorney of Rockville Centre, New York.
