Michael V. Girace
Associate
Michael V. Girace is an associate in the Firm's Banking and Financial Services Practice Group. He represents institutional lenders in the financing of commercial properties.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Girace was an associate at a prominent law firm on Long Island working in the commercial lending department where he handled all aspects of commercial lending transactions, from commitment through closing, with a concentration in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 504 loan program. He also has experience with commercial coop and condominium transactions.
Mr. Girace also has considerable experience in representing lenders, purchasers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.
Mr. Girace earned his Juris Doctorate from Hosftra University School of Law in 2000 and his Bachelor's Degree from Hofstra University in 1997. He is a member of the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO), the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
