Kristin McGrath
Associate
Kristin McGrath is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
In 2008, Ms. McGrath received her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Boston College, where she majored in English and was a member of the English Department Honors Program.
Ms. McGrath attended St. John’s University School of Law on a partial academic scholarship and received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, in 2011. While at St. John’s, she was a member of the St. John’s Law Review. Ms. McGrath was also the Vice President of the Environmental Law Society and an intern to the Honorable Joseph M. McLaughlin of the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.
Ms. McGrath is also the recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in Torts I, Property II, Land Use Planning, International Environmental Law, and Drafting: Federal Civil Practice.
Ms. McGrath is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations and is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York.
