Nili Farzan is an associate in the Firm’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group where she represents financial institutions in foreclosure, collection, loan workout and litigation.
Ms. Farzan received her Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College and her Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law. While in law school, she served as an Editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and the New York Real Property Law Journal in which she authored a note entitled The Enforceability of Cross-default Provisions in Bankruptcy, 37 N.Y. REAL PROP. L.J. 1, 17 (2009).
Ms. Farzan is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau and Suffolk County Bar Associations.
