Marci S. Zinn is a partner in the Firm's Litigation Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in the area of commercial and real estate litigation, specializing in business dissolutions, fraud, family business disputes, professional practice disputes, complex lease and real estate issues and commercial landlord/tenant matters.
Ms. Zinn received her Juris Doctor from Touro Law School in 1990 where she graduated with honors and was a member of the Touro Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The American University in 1977. She is admitted to practice law in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts, the Courts of the State of New York, and is a member of the Nassau County and New York State Bar Associations. She lectures on commercial leasehold and commercial landlord/tenant issues.
