Seth H. Ross

Seth H. Ross is a partner in the Firm's Real Estate Practice Group. He represents property owners in connection with conversions to condominium and cooperative ownership and counsels cooperative and condominium boards. He also represents a wide variety of clients in connection with purchases, sales and financing of real estate and leasing of office, retail and industrial spaces.
Mr. Ross received his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 1985 and his Bachelor of Arts in English from Duke University in 1982. He is a former chairman of the Board of Appeals of the Village of Scarsdale and currently serves on the Planning Board of that village, as well as the Board of Trustees of the Scarsdale Foundation and the Board of Directors of the Scarsdale Forum. He belongs to the American Bar Association.
