Rose F. Lowe
Of Counsel
Rose F. Lowe is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Tax Certiorari and Condemnation Law Group. Ms. Lowe has extensive expertise in eminent domain and all aspects of condemnation and appropriations, for municipalities and private commercial and residential clients.
Ms. Lowe was an Assistant Attorney General with the Real Property Bureau for more than sixteen years, where she prepared, tried or settled most of the appropriation cases for the Downstate New York area. Prior to becoming an Assistant Attorney General, she served with the New York State Office of Court Administration as Senior Counsel and was in private practice.
She has lectured on the subject of eminent domain for the Suffolk County Bar Association and Tuoro Law School., and served as Co-Chairperson of the Suffolk County Bar Associations; Condemnation and Tax Certiorari Committee, as well as the Grievance Committee.
Ms. Lowe earned her undergraduate degree from St. Joseph’s College, her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. She also has a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology from Long Island University, and is admitted in New York, the United States Supreme Court and the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Southern District of New York.
